Soit E = 3(2x - 5) + (2x - 5)(4x+1)

1) Développer et réduire l'expression E.

E = 3(2x - 5) + (2x - 5)(4x+1)

E = 6x - 15 + 8x² + 2x - 20x - 5

E = 8x² + 6x + 2x - 20x - 15 - 5

E = 8x² - 12x - 20

2) Factoriser l'expression E.

E = 3(2x - 5) + (2x - 5)(4x+1)

E = (2x - 5) (4x - 1)

E = 4 (x + 1) (2x - 5)

3) Calculer E pour x = -2.

E = 8x² - 12x - 20

E = 8 * (- 2)² - 12 * (- 2) - 20

E = 8 * 4 + 24 - 20

E = 32 - 20

E = 12.
