5x(4x-1) + 16x² -1
16x² -1 = (4x+1) (4x-1)
IR
=> 5x(4x-1) + (4x -1 ) (4x+1)
(4x-1) ( 5+ 4x+1 )
= (4x-1) ( 4x+6)
