Being a geek is really relevant. Being a geek, means being passionated in something, and which compagny doesn't want to hire passionated employes ? I think the article is right but he also forgot to mention something : being a geek isn't as appreciable by the compagny as the society, I mean, if you say to someone : Hey, I'm a geek ! even if you don't say it explicitly, the guy you are talking with will discover it  soon or later and probably watch you like a mess or like his brother if he is a geek too. So the article boasts the fact to be a geek, but he doesn't talk about the disavantage, it's like the article is a propaganda to turn the thing to be a geek into something good, interesting and promising for your furtur life ; let's be honest, being a geek isn't that passionating,atleast, not for everyone ! The most part of geek people are unsociable, doesn't work-out, doesn't hang-out and stuff !
